• The scope goes with the job. Drawings and specifications are attached before anyone prices it, so every bid is for the same work.
• Licences are checked against the register, where there is one. We ask the government register and show you its answer, with the date we asked. Where a state publishes nothing we can read, the screen says that too, rather than leaving you to guess.
• You read the insurance yourself. The insurer, the cover and the expiry sit on the profile before you award the work. Nobody can check a policy against a register, so we do not pretend to — we show you the certificate details and you decide.
• The contract is signed here. Both sides sign the same document, and neither side can alter or delete it afterwards.
